In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Shipment tracking

If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

We work with different suppliers and therefore the products may be shipped separately. If any items in your order are missing, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days.

If your parcel is lost during shipping, please note that all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the expected delivery date. In such cases, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement order to you.

However, before we do this, we may request assistance from you, for example to confirm that the delivery address is correct and to contact your local post office.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered, but you claim that you have not received it. In such cases, replacement orders will be sent at your expense only.

If the products are returned to us because the customer has not collected the parcel on time, we will charge a fee of €25. This includes the cost of shipping to and from your address, as well as the handling and return of the products.
